Specifications

If a schematic or specific drawing is already available for your harness or cable, we will manufacture to your exact requirements. If a sample can be provided, we can reverse-engineer the assembly and manufacture it as per your sample. We are also capable of manufacturing custom made harnesses that look like the original OEM specifications.
A braiding machine was purchased and we will braid with cotton braid over cloth lacquered covered wire or use the typical nylon braid. Our wire harnesses consist of various types and sizes of wire, solder and crimp type terminals and pins, along with various electrical components specified by our customers. Stringent quality control ensures all terminations are checked for pull test and crimp height. We provide additional quality and reliability in our standard and custom wire harness assembly products with in-process inspections, and 100% mechanical and electrical quality testing of each and every item. Our dependable workmanship is evident in every
cable and wire harness that leaves our facility.
